He ALWAYS responds to emails immediately and has been there for us every step of the way. Prices for his services have always been more than reasonable. I love this practice. I always feel like my two cats are in great hands when I bring them to City Vet. Dr Holroyde, our main veterinarian, is thorough and generous with her time. One of my cats with asthma has needed quite a bit of attention due to the inhalers and medications he needs to control it, and Dr Holroyde always gets back to me in a timely manner and addresses all of my concerns immediately. She is decisive and reassuring. On the occasions I have needed to bring either of my cats in on her days off, each vet we have had has been helpful, thorough, kind and gentle with our fur babies.
